So I've lost a bit of weight over the last year. I realized I really wanted to crack down to finish off these last lbs.
I've been logging into MFP, measuring and logging everything I consume down to the crumb. I've also been tracking and logging my exercise as accurately as possible for a 16 day streak. 99% of these past days I ended up a couple hundred under my total calories, even on days I didn't exercise. The problem is that I haven't lost a single lb.
I work a lot on my feet, manual labor all day, then I walk for 5-10 miles. I consume 2400-2700 calories only (at 6'4) and I haven't lost anything. I sit at 272. Does this happen to anyone else? What's going on?

If you have not lost anything then you are not eating at deficit.
I used http://www.fitnessfrog.com/calculators/tdee-calculator.html to work out my maintance calories.
Then take 250 calories per .5lb you want to lose a week.0 -
I'm having the same issue. I am hoping that it is all muscle weight! :P0

Sorry to say, but if you're not losing you are not in a deficit.
You may need to re-evaluate how you are measuring (scale vs cups), if you are making the right food choice from the database, etc.
Homemade meals are often tough and if you aren't using the recipe builder and using a selection that is in the database, you could be way off.
Eating out is also a challenging one as serving sizes may not be accurate.
I'm sure it's not something that you are doing intentionally, rather an oversight.0 -
As others have said you just aren't in a deficet.
That is usually due to under estimating intake and/or over estimating burns
Do you use a food scale? if not that is probably half the equation along with over estimating burns...
And to the poster hoping it's muscle...sorry but no it's not.0 -
