I will have VSG surgery in 3 days (05-08-14). I am a new member to myfitnesspal and will be using this the help track my weight loss journey. I am currently weight 396 pounds with goal weight being 215. I will post updates when possible on my journey and look forward to receiving support from anyone.

    Best of Luck!! I had VSG done in 2010, best thing EVER! Follow the rules and you'll do great.
