Anybody stopped weighing themselves?

You can really only get an accurate weight once a day. And that's only if you do it first thing after waking up before you eat or drink anything, and in the nude. Otherwise it's just silly, your weighing the food and water your body is using for fuel and your weight is going to fluctuate. Worthless and pointless. It's like measuring your body right after working out, results will be skewed.
I've been weighing myself every few days if I remember. But then my scale broke, so I'm waiting for the new one to arrive from the amazon.com0 -
I still weigh myself every morning. I find if I don't, weight goes up really fast. It's another thing I do to keep myself accountable. It's not for everyone though. You have to do what works for you.0
