Nowhere near new!

Hello everyone,

I can't remember if I did this before but since I'm determined to try harder, it's time to say hello! I've tried doing this a few times and failed, but I've logged daily for 9 weeks now so I shall continue! I started at 11st 5lbs. I'm now between 10st 9lbs and 10st 10lbs, I guess a bit static at the moment. I'm tired of being wobbly and I'm really unhappy with how I look. I guess I'm trying to lose the fat, get fit and look fabulous! My husband has lost a lot of weight and looks amazing so I feel a little bad that I haven't made as much progress.

I hope that by being a presence on the forums I will have lots of positive influences to healthy weight loss.

  • I have hit a plateau. I weigh constantly. I have lost ten pounds, and no more, struggling with the middle age part of weight loss at this point. I finally broke down and joined the local Gym,I asked for advice this morning on how to ditch the scale. I ended up writing a note on the scale that that says, is it Friday?? lol. I just caught myself going in there to weigh and was confronted with the note, ha! I have 10-20 to go, so they say, this part takes the most patience because it isn't going to come off fast. Hard work and patience. Good Luck! Show your hubby up :).
