i don't know if these are only available in south africa but weigh less chocolate coated rice cakes are great. i use it to substitute my usual chocolate or biscuits craving when drinkin coffee and it only has about 40 or so calories.

and i'm also pretty happy about coke zero which has only just started selling in shops in SA. just in time :)

i was wondering if anyone else knows of any good tasting substitutes for the usual fatty favourites?
