Help with macros needed please

Hi, can somebody please help me with calculating the right macro targets? The protein, fat and carbs. I've got a 1940 calorie limit. I've tried from the link here on the community page, but it didn't turn out right. as I'm 171kg, and Im struggling doing exercise do to my size and pain in knees,I now weigh 167 kg 5 weeks into mfp , 1870 is my calorie limit now my diary is open ..........Any Help would be so greatly appreciated please :blushing:

You can adjust them if you change your "Goals" on your home page - put in "custom" and you can vary them how you like. I have mine set at 30 carbs, 40 protein and 30 fat because I am trying to cut down on carbs but I am not doing LCHF - some people have higher and lower values - just depends how you want to work it.
