Jiggly stomach fat

I know you cannot spot reduce but my stomach has never been jiggly before i lost 50 pounds.
I still have more weight to lose and its not loose skin its just really jiggly when i walk.
Is there any exercise i can do to tighten it up?

My guess is that you had both visceral and subcutaneous fat and after losing 50 lbs, you have much less visceral fat but still a fair amount of subcutaneous (that's the squishy kind). Just keep losing fat and it will eventually go away. There isn't an exercise to spot reduce or firm it. Working abs will develop the muscles underneath but won't make the fat go away any quicker.

Vismal is right on...spot reduction won't work. The ab work will help to firm up the area, but it will not reduce any fat specific to the abdomen. With that said, however, the added muscle in the midsection will take away some of the "jiggle" as you put it by toning the area around your core. I have never been a fan of long ab workouts; you really don't need them. So much of physical activity is supported by core strength, that just being physically active, maintaining proper body posture, and continuing good eating habits will help quite a bit. A little ab work is great, but I don't think you need to spend massive amounts of time doing it. Congratulations on the 50 lbs weight loss--that is quite an achievement. Now, continue to be active, eat well, and give your body time. It knows what it is doing.
