i am just wondering, when i log a subway sandwich, does the calorie count include cheese? ( i don't think it does).:cry:

    Go to subway.com and you can review all the nutritional info. It is most helpful.
    That way you can build a sub to your specs!! :wink:

    And no i dont think it includes the cheese.

    Nope, subway cheese in the database.
    Serving size is 2 triangles.
    I logged it many o times without adding cheese. :grumble:
