So my friend and I (yes, the one who was being a butt in one of my previous posts) were messing around with different foods and trying to make a new recipe. We can up with a good one!
Ingredients:
Asparagus
Mushrooms
Zucchini
Tomatoes
(any other veggie you fancy)
1 tbps Extra Virgin Olive Oil (or more depending on how many veggies you make)
Your favorite brand of Mozzarella Cheese
Garlic Powder
Pepper
Johnny's Seasoning
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 400 degrees.
2. Wash and chop veggies into bite size sizes.
3. Put veggies on a non stick pan.
4. Rub olive oil on veggies.
5. Sprinkle garlic powder, pepper and Johnny's Seasoning to taste.
6. Bake for 15 minutes.
7. Take out of oven, flip, season again to taste.
8. Back in oven, bake for 15 minutes.
9. Take out of oven, sprinkle mozzarella cheese to your liking.
10. Back in oven, bake for about 3 minutes or until cheese is melted (I like the cheese slightly crispy, I leave it in for 5 minutes instead of 3.)
VIOLA. So simple and low cal yet so yummy.
*Definitely be careful with how much seasoning you put on if you're watching your sodium levels but it tastes good no matter how much you put on. And let me tell you, I HATE cooked veggies, but this makes me LOVE them.
If you try them, let me know. I'm having them tonight.

I definitely agree! And these taste amazing. It's a side dish but I could honestly eat these alone as a meal.0
