Too many different diets :/ HELP!

I've been looking around at different diets like Diet Chef, Slimming world, slim fast etc.
My problem is i can barely find the time to prepare meals from scratch due to work and being busy. I tried slim fast but got sick of the shakes and ended up tasting sickly after so many, slimming world worked for a bit but again couldn't find the time to prepare meals and couldn't make meetings as i tend to work late. Diet chef seems to be one that could suit but it's just quite expensive i feel a tad stuck on what to do

Crock pot. Throw stuff in, turn it on, and go to work. Come home, dinner is done. Plenty left over for the next day and possibly the day after that, too. Also, boiled eggs are quick to prepare, last awhile in the fridge, and are quite portable for on the go snacks.0

Just eat normal food but less of it. There is no need to go on a 'diet' or 'diet plan'. Set a sensible deficit eat food and find some exercise you can enjoy (even if that's walking) and you'll lose weight. Once you start counting calories accurately you'll find your food choices will naturally change anyway. Good luck0

Cook dubble or tripple the amount you need, freeze the rest.
That way you can cook once a week for all your meals, you can slowly build a stash of food in your frezzer. Then cook every 2 weeks or so. Make sure you label it and keep a list so you know what you have.
If you have a frezzer that goes to -18°C then you can keep the food upto 6 moths if it is packaged well. Take out what you want to eat in the moring and heat up at night. That way you don't need to dish over alot of money and you have good home prapered meals.
There are alot of slowcooker frezzer meals you can make. Just surf the net a bit for some you like. Spend a weekend making them.0 -
All those diets suck because you won't be able to keep them up all your life. Stop and eat normal food again and you'll just gain the weight back, because you haven't learned moderation.
Just eat normally, and less of it. Make big batches of food when you have some time and freeze them. Throw things in the crockpot in the morning etc.0
