how much should I aim to lose?

My apologies as I'm sure this is covered in earlier posts but I would really appreciate some advice. I have gone from 203 lb to
164 lb with a goal of 140 lb at which point I will see if I want to go lower. I started with a MFP goal of 2 lb per week which I have now reduced to 1 lb per week and MFP has me at 1200 cals per day. For my current weight and end goal is this the correct weekly target for me at this stage with 24 lb to go? thank you in advance.

With less than 25lbs to goal you weekly weight loss goal should be right around 1/2lb a week.
Yes that is slow but it's sustainable and it allows for more calories as 1200 is the bare minimum that MFP gives.0 -
