    hi, i'm also back after a long break from MFP. Hoping i can get motivated again to track food and increase my exercise. I have also had a diagnosis of Coeliac disease since i last used the site, so still getting used to my change in diet. i'm based in Northern Ireland, feel free to add. :-)

    I am 34, married with a 5 year old son. About o have surgery on my achilles tendon next week so would be grateful of lots of support whilst I am sitting at home with my leg up all summer!!
