Bisquick-Battered Fruit Ring Pancakes

12 apple, pear and/or pineapple rings (fresh or canned)*
1 cup Original Bisquick® mix
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
Directions
1 Heat 10- to 12-inch skillet over medium heat.
2 In large bowl, beat Bisquick mix, egg and milk with whisk until well blended.
3 Dip fruit rings one at a time into batter; place in hot skillet.
4 Cook until deep golden brown on each side (like pancakes). Serve fruit rings with warm maple-flavored syrup.

Franc.... you use an apple corer. Take the core out of the apple, then turn the apple sideways and cut it to create "apple rings".0 -

They do! Yeah, they are not something you use often or on many fruits, so I get why you would not get one. But for people like me who like their apple cut, rather than biting into it, they are great!0 -
The pictures at the top reminds me of pineapple tempora.
Sometimes it nice to find a sausage patty hidden in your pancake...0 -

I bet that is good. I bet you could also mix pumpkin puree and cinnamon in regular pancake batter with no fruit slices. Yum.0 -

I so wish id seen this fri before i cut up my pineapple, now i have no rings. I usually traet myself to pancakes or french toadt on sundays. Im gonna try it with the chunks it might be messy but hey you work with what you got. Anyone know the calorie count.0

It would depend on fruit used but two 4 inch bisquick pancakes are 160 calories. Also, don't forget to add the syrup calories.0 -
