    I never really had a problem with eating bad, just eating all the time.
    Sooo basically, im kinda cutting carbs.. Only having bread if I have a sandwich for lunch,
    Working out for at least 30 mins a day 5 days a week..
    im 5"1.. 228 lbs.. so I think I want to be around 140lbs

    Erg. I havent worked out in... umm.. since high school??? lol

    You don't need to cut carbs. Just eat the healthy ones. Are you a member of a gym or what are you doing for cardio. Do you have any plans on adding strength training to your workouts?

    Im using an eliptical until I lose some weight, or can at least do 30 mins without dying!! Then joining Curves!
  • Same here In 5 ft even and at my heaviest 222.5 lbs it is way too much for my body
  • use Wii Dance and ZUmba at home, i love the Zumba
