How do I get the signature that many people have?

How do I get the signature that many people have? It shows the beginning weight and the goal and then shows the arrow of where you are now, and a turtle I think....How do I get that added to my posts? Thanks

    It took me a little to figure it as well - if anyone else is looking for an answer, it's in your settings.
