Brazil Butt Lift or Chalean Extreme or both

Hi! I purchased both Brazil Butt Lift and Chalean Extreme, but I'm not sure which one I should do first. My main goals are to lose weight (about 25 lbs) and tone up. I saw that there is a hybrid plan to do both of them, but is that more for people who have already completed the programs, or is it okay for someone who is just starting? How did you like the program(s)? Were you happy with your results?

I think that anyone can do the hybrids. I haven't completed either from start to finish, but I have tried both. If you like dance-exercise, BBL is probably for you. I get bored doing one thing or the other, so the hybrid appeals to me. I've seen awesome results from both programs through Challenge groups etc.0

I'd do Chalean if you want to lose and tone, and throw in half hour BBL
i haven't done BBL but i tried Chalean... personally I found Chalean a bit boring, but i can say she gives you results
Please make sure your diet is 80% clean in order to see good results!
Contact your coach and ask them to put you in their group to provide support,
Good luck!0 -
I'm a BeachBody Coach, I've done ChaLean Extreme and I loved the results. I attempted the basics of BBL this morning and it just seemed like too much to learn so I got turned off, but I'm also going through a bit of a depression right now so anything new is a bit daunting. I never thought about a hybrid schedule. I think that the cardio in BBL combined with the weight lifting in CLX would be a powerful combination.0
