Beginner Boot Camp?

Hey has anyone done a month long beginner boot camp? what are your experiences and did you like it/see results? I am thinking of signing up but i need to do it by today...$29 today only...normally i think it is over $150!! Should I do it???

    Me too! I just joined the gym - it's on the way home, so I know I'll go. It's expensive, but if I use it (it averages $1.58 a day).

    Good luck - go for it!
