Work out routines

Hi everyone I'm looking for some advice.

I am trying to set a work out routine I can stick with, more specifically that I can do at home when my husband isn't here to watch the kids.

The plan is

40-60mins treadmill (incline switching from 0-6 slowly) - speed of maybe 2.5 max as I have short legs

And a smallish building up weight routine with 5lb dumbells alternate days and the 3rd day off do for now?

My stats are currently pretty high 5ft female 218lbs with 60% body fat and a BMi of 42

Any advise is welcome. I'm already eating cleanly (mostly always have) however I've been a coke drinker for many years 10+ and have slowly but surely cut that out too

I am using the t7 polar hrm

Thanks

I like fitnessblender.com for workouts, easy to follow with all sorts of workouts.

convicttraining, or you are your own gym can be googled too.

ETA: I couldn't be on a treadmill for 40-60mins...you could turn that into a 20-30min HIIT workout instead and get better results.

I can quite easily burn 300 cals in 40 minutes of incline. I was just trying to extend it. If i incline anymore than 8 my shins hurt pretty bad.

Thanks for the site I shall have a looksy :)
