You're 18 now, have been a member for 2 yrs and your profile says 23??

Either way, you would be well served to look into a heavy lifting routine of some sort. Abs come from overall lost BF%, lifting mixed with a slight deficit or maintenance at your ht and weight would go a long way to helping you recomp.
  • So your saying that I should start lifting more? I made this profile a while back it wont let me change me age haha.

Idk, you haven't really laid out what you do.... Most individuals struggling with bf% at a good weight aren't lifting heavy enough.

Its all in what you eat. When you start trimming down, your abdominal muscle start to appear. Abdominal workouts only defines them and allows them to grow just a bit.
  • Do you have to take supplements or is it optional. what is a good way to get my bf% down. Also how do you find out what your bf% is?
  • i just found out how to measure and mine is 12%

What other posters have already mentioned!! Lower your BF% and lift "heavy" with compound exercises.

Also, if you're not seeing Abs currently, you're probably not at 12%. Males typically start seeing core definition between 10-12%, what method are you using? Scales and gym gimmicks tend to not truly show your BF% correctly.
  • I just typed in my measurements online and it calculate it
