Looking to spice up my shopping list and thought this might be a fun way to share ideas. What are your must haves? Mine are probably fish (the only meat I eat), hummus, wheat bread, and tofu.

I've been searching for the lowest calorie bread options. So far I think that Joseph's flax, oat bran & whole wheat pitas win with only 60 calories for a full pita.
I've also been searching for tasty low cal desserts. I really enjoy options like no sugar added tapioca or rice pudding, because they have a little protein in them, so they aren't just empty calorie holes.0 -
