Your Grocery List Must Haves?

Hi!

Looking to spice up my shopping list and thought this might be a fun way to share ideas. What are your must haves? Mine are probably fish (the only meat I eat), hummus, wheat bread, and tofu.

I really love vital wheat gluten. I haven't used it to make seitan yet, but I make my wraps and pizza crusts with it as I'm diabetic and shouldn't eat bread.

I've been searching for the lowest calorie bread options. So far I think that Joseph's flax, oat bran & whole wheat pitas win with only 60 calories for a full pita.

I've also been searching for tasty low cal desserts. I really enjoy options like no sugar added tapioca or rice pudding, because they have a little protein in them, so they aren't just empty calorie holes.
