Does it matter how calories breakout as long as you are staying within your daily allocation?
I tend to eat over the suggested amount of protien...just wondering if this inhibits sucessful release of pounds

Calories are what matter for weight loss.
Your macros can help with body composition and overall health. For instance, protein helps repair and retain your muscles while you're losing. If you're using MFP's default numbers, be aware that their protein goal is set very low. Most people should consider a minimum to go over every day rather than a number they should stay below.0 -
I wish I had that problem, I can never get enough protein in during the day...as long as your calories are within the limit you should be fine I would think, again too much of anything usually isn't a good thing either, can't see your diary so I don't know what else to tell you...good luck!0
