Feeling so good!

About 9 months ago I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. My thyroid went crazy and ontop of being over weight I gained 18lbs. I started vigorously working out 6 weeks ago ( dr supervised) and have lost 21lbs!! I have never lost weight this fast.... I know that God has seen me through this all the way!! When my dr told me that I needed to lose weight to help manage my pain, he wanted to put me on meds to help lose weight. I told him I didn't want to be on any more meds ( went from 0 to 4) and that I wanted to try it through diet and exercise. I keep my calories low... I am trying to cut out sugar but it's a real struggle for me, and I have gone gluten free! I am just so excited!!! I still have 22 lbs I want to lose....

Congratulations! I know diet and exercise does quite a bit to help alleviate the symptoms of my autoimmune disease. Sugar is my biggest inflammatory trigger...it is really hard to kick the sugar habit!0
