Hi I'm CynthiaAnn. Brand New Today. I hope to make lots of nice, supportive friends, I will support you on your journey and hope you'll support me on mine. I'm really kind hearted and will always respond to every message, Hope to get good advice as well as give it. I think support is so important and interaction with caring people is so important on weight loss and fitness motivation. I was doing Weight Watchers, throwing my $$$$$$ down the drain. I think this program will work better for me. I was growing anxious and depressed with Weight Watchers. My advice, don't WASTE YOUR $$$$$$$$!!!!!!!! They will single out a person in a room who lost the most weight, and others will get jealous, or they will single out who lost the least, and snicker, I was in both positions and felt uncomfortable with both. If I want to feel awkward, I can do that to myself very well with ease, don't need a room full a people taking stabs at me. And one thing, my scale at home showed a far less weight than the one at Weight Watchers. IT'S A CULT FOR WEIGHT LOSS!!!

    Hi CynthiaAnn,

I would love to be your friend for fitness and health goals! I just joined like an hour ago. I also tried Weight Watchers (online program) and also felt discouraged. This app looks awesome and it's free! Can't beat that. I look forward to getting and giving support.

    Thanks for reaching out,

I joined a while back but did not really use the site. I wanted to keep a better track of sugars, sodium, and fiber intake so decided to use this for that. I am a pescatarian (fish eating vegetarian) and started the super shred 3 weeks ago. with the biggest hurdle being replacing the meat meals without compromising sodium and sugars,

just now really checking out all the site has to offer and looking for folks to follow/befriend. Theory of success in numbers.

    I have sent a friend a request.
