Greek yogurt & cottage cheese are must-haves that go into 80% of my meals in some way, shape or form.
Canned tuna, chicken breast, frozen shrimp, broccoli, asparagus, pork rinds, carrots, hummus, chicken sausage, deli meats, pita wraps, bagged lettuce, apples, bananas, coffee, cream cheese, rice cakes, goldfish crackers, almond milk, sugar-free Jello, brown rice, quinoa, lentils, oatmeal, salsa, lean ground beef & turkey... My shopping trips are long & expensive lol.0 -

I go through phases but at the moment my must haves for snacking are mini single sized serving pots of houmous & ryvita thins & mini cornettos! love them!.
More generally, at the top of my weekly shopping list I always have lots of mixed leafy salad leaves, little gem lettuces, sweet potatoes, parsnips, carrots, cabbage, sweetcorn, plenty of lean protein (whatever is on offer), spring onions, mini peppers, lots of whatever fruit is in season/on offer & always the basics, milk, bread, eggs.0 -

I'm buying for myself and a four year old.. luckily kiddo happily eats real food 90% of the time (though he'd LIVE on PB&J sammiches if i let him)
