100lbs. to lose-need accomplices.I mean "teammates"

Starting this for the 100000000 time it seems like. I am ready to kick some butt! I am unable to join a gym this time around so I am creating a calendar of the endless work out dvds in my possession......starting with 30 min./5x a week. I like having buddies so that we can make each other accountable. I want this to be a lifetime thing....ready to work at this and am in the mindset that it won't happen overnight. I want to laugh, have fun, and not wait for the end result to feel better about myself....it's time I respect myself the way I respect others....starting today!

    me too! 80lbs to lose, tried this last year and lost about 20lbs, but gave up and gained about 40lbs since. time to kick myself up the butt. i started yesterday.
