If you wish to add me as a friend, please do or send me message. I will definitely need the support & someone to pull my ear or arm if I get off track
I have lost & gained for the past few years. but more gaining then loosing & now I'm like enough of this I need to make it this time. I need/want to lose approx 60-65lbs, so baby steps from here.
Advice & Tips are welcomed...I know for each person is different, but tell/share what worked for you?
NOTE: oops sorry I wrote lookign instead of looking on topic...sorry for the typos

Hello. I am looking for female friends in the Dallas area to workout with sometimes between the ages of 28 - 40.
Don't live in Dallas but would of been awesome0 -
Hello Narivsa! I'd like to start by letting you know that I am not a professional but I'd like to motivate you from by personal experience. Motivating other people is one way to motivate yourself so that's what I do the most :-D.
First of all, congratulations for making your first step! Starting is the hardest thing, from here now you just need to discipline yourself and stay focus!
This is a great app if you use it to your advantage. But to lose weight and be healthy at the same time you'll need more than just tracking your calories.
Try working out at least 30min per day or fit 3hr in a week. Whatever works best for your schedule. This helped me to discipline my self and now I am working out 2hrs daily.
If you need motivation I can help you :-D because I went to the exact same thing you did! Gaining and losing and not staying on top of my goal. But this time I will change my shape for the rest of my life.
Congrats again and I will be talking to you later if that's what you wish :-D.0 -
