Cardio before or after weights?

After.. some days, lifting has its own day no cardio.0

I was doing cardio for 30 minutes before but since I started training for a race I've been lifting in the morning and then doing my training in the afternoon and I personally like it better. Time-wise I don't have to feel pressured to hurry up and get my lifting done plus doing the cardio in the afternoon is a nice break in the day.0

As above, depends on your goals.
I try and seperate them by a good bit.
I've been surprised to find that if I do cardio, have a good few hours rest (say 6), then do weights, it often works pretty well.
Maybe because typically I'll be eating a fair between the two.
I'll also do weights first, then cardio later and on alternate days.
Do remember your body only has a certain capacity for recovery and if you're also at a calorie deficit, this is likely going to be reduced.I usually do 15-20 minutes of HIIT cardio then lift. The ONLY reason I do this is because I ASSUME if the cardio keeps my heart rate up then lifting after will contrubute to keeping it somewhat up there.
Again, just my way of justifying how i work out0
