200 calories low carb single serve protein cheesecake

This didn't turn out half bad!

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (I used Fage 0% plain - about 37g)
3 tablespoons low fat cream cheese (45g)
1/2 egg
1/4 tsp vanilla
couple drops of lemon juice (can probably omit for chocolate)
2 tablespoons splenda
10g protein powder (I used chocolate)

Soften the cream cheese, then mix it all up, microwave for 1.5 minute. Let cool then put in the fridge for 2 hours.

Calories and macros are around 200 calories, 4g carb, 11g fat, 19g protein (I used a bit more cream cheese). I'll have to try with more protein powder next time to see if I can get that protein up.
