Can I ask for suggestions please regarding a really good power walking treadmill workout for weight loss. There are soooo many on the internet it gets baffling!
I dont like running; I prefer to keep it to a fast walk. Am looking for a good, incline-interval work out.
Thanks!

What will determine whether or not you lose weight is if you are eating at a deficit. Walking is good for overall fitness and creating an even larger deficit for you to eat more food (MOAR FOODZZZZ). Personally, I do not log walking into my exercise because I do it so much and my weight and fitness level require more exertion to burn enough calories to justify logging it. If you do want to log walking, make sure you're getting an accurate calorie burn which you can get from a heart rate monitor. If you're going off the burns that the treadmill or MFP is giving you, it is likely you're overestimating your calorie burn.

You will lose weight because you have a deficit. Do whatever you want on the treadmill. I'm sure it has some pre-set modes that you can play with to keep things interesting. Know that the readout on the machine may not be 100% accurate in terms of calorie burn, so you may not want to eat back all of your exercise calories at first.0
