Hey I am a 21 year old female and I have an under active thyroid and I am Hypoglycemic, on top of all that I am 181 and I can't loose weight which is making my asthma worse. I have not got my thyroid checked since last time I got checked my levels were normal. Need help please I can't do this on my own.

Well, you don't have to do it alone. People on this site are very helpful and friendly.
Your issues seem rather specific, with the thyroid and hypoglycemia. I would suggest a more descriptive message topic to catch the eyes of browsers who have experience with what you struggle with. I am afraid I don't know enough about either to give any general guidance.
But just let us know what help you need, and I am sure you'll get plenty of assistance.
Good luck!0 -

Since you have medical issues, I recommend working with your doctor/dietician to make sure that you're getting the right meal plan for you. Everyone here is really supportive if you have specific questions. Welcome to myfitnesspal!0
