I exercise six days a week about 45 min I counts and add those calories into my numbers for the day But i also try to walk 10000 steps a day. i have a really great pedometer. so the question is, should i also add that number of calories back into my totals Usually about 320 to 350 calories

I would say absolutely. It is exercise even if it is not all in one shot/sitting. If you walk that much throughout the day I would capture it. btw that is smart I should do the same.

I think that would depend on the activity setting you've set. If you chose sedentary, I think it would be fair to log the exercise, but if you chose a setting that is a higher activity level, those calories would have already been accounted for.

As soon as I get me a good pedometer (what kind do you have?) I plan on doing at least 10,000 steps. I probably won't log it in as exercise but use it as an added bonus to getting in shape. Great job on all the steps!!
