shoe size??

Am I really seeing/feeling weight loss in my feet? My shoes feel looser. Like, loose enough that I need to buy new ones.

Why can't it just leave my rear end first????

    Lol I wouldn't mind some weight loss there i have size 15 feet and you wouldn't believe the trouble i have getting shoes lol.

    I have noticed this too, which is really strange because I only had 10 or so pounds to lose. I think the lighter a person is, the less flat their feet-- which can translate into your feet fitting into smaller shoes. Plus a lot of overweight people actually do have some fat on their feet!

    So yes it's possible. It's so annoying because now not only do I have to buy new clothes, I have to get a bunch of new shoes! In an even smaller size than before-- I already had trouble finding small enough shoes!

    Yes I was in size 11s and now I need size 9s because my 10s are a floppin ;)
