Im curious to find out what is the norm for 150lb to 160lb as this is my size and i feel massive.

I'm 5'3," 149lbs.

I don't have any measurement goals but I'd like to get down to a size 4. I'm currently a fitted size 80 -

I'm 5'9" and considered rather slender (I'm actually lanky) . I'd re-think weighing 128 (DAMN that's skinny for our height!) You may not have anything left to HAVE a bust! Have you thought of weight training to tone while hanging on to 148lbs instead? You can shrink your waist but hold on to your shape! My waist 26.5 is trimmed down from exercise not weight loss. I still have a 36D cup. It's entirely doable!0 -

I was 128 when I got married. It was my lowest adult weight and I think I looked pretty good. I'll keep re-evaluating my goal as I move along, I might be happy before I reach 128. I'm not sure how I'd go about weight training at home. I've got ZERO time to get to a gym (or the money for membership) and I don't want to buy a bunch of weights. I have a feeling I'll be looking into weight training soon, just don't know how to get started with no equipment.0 -
