1. I highly doubt that somebody who needs help losing weight cannot eat above 1200 calories a day. Nobody gets fat from eating in a deficit. Obviously I do not know your situation, but that's just how the human body works. It's likely that you are demonizing calorie-dense foods, which is what we're taught to do if we ever want to lose weight. In reality, calorie-dense foods are not inherently bad, so long as you stay within your calorie goal. Try adding things like butter, oil, nuts, and cake to your diet.
2. 1200 calories is likely too few for you anyway, just based on knowing that MFP is notorious for giving that goal to people who need to eat more than that. If you have your loss rate set too high, it will also assign you 1200 calories when you should be eating more.

From your profile page, you're not overweight. Without seeing your diary it's hard to make suggestions, but a few spoonfuls of peanut butter or avocado should get you closer to your calorie goal.0

according to your profile you're 5ft6 and want to weigh 100lbs???
:huh:0 -
Eat calorie dense foods to help you reach your goal examples are
Avocado
Peanut butter
Full fat dairy
Honestly, anything you were eating beforehand, just eat that but inside your calorie limit.
Though, are you sure about a goal weigh of 100lbs?0 -
according to your profile you're 5ft6 and want to weigh 100lbs???
This...and so you look better in your bikini I suspect you look fine in your bikini...but at 100lbs you wont...
If you want to "lose the chub" as you put it then start doing some resistence training or weight lifting. Eat some food.0 -
whooooah wait a minute...
you weigh 60kg at 5'6 and want to lose 14kg?????
Try about 5kg then reassess because losing that much weight will bring you down to 46 kg.0 -
Your profile says "Im about 132 pounds and 5ft 6"
Sounds perfect to me......why are you aiming to lose more weight??????0 -
You might want help from a nutritional export. Talk with your Doctor. Also maybe changing your muscle tone will help get the look you want. Seek a personal trainer. Good luck with everything.0
