I just bought the Garmin Vivofit after eyeing it for a few months and waiting for it to be released. Does anyone else have one? The reviews online are mixed and I'm really hoping that I won't be disappointed. I really wanted a HRM to be able to accurately count burned calories during my workouts as well as a fitness tracker for daily motivation. Feedback would be great!

In my hunt for all things cheaper, as I always do when shopping online.

I just got mine yesterday (the one with the HRM bundled with it) and used it for the first time today. I already love it! I was having to wear my FitBit and a Polar FT4 before, and now I just need the Vivofit and chest strap! Btw my username on Garmin Connect is mishlosingit if you want to add me!

OMG thank you! been trying to find a deal on it since it came out and the only one I could get was Target with my Redcard (a measly 5% off) I'm gonna go tomorrow!

I've had mine for over 6 weeks now and have been very happy with it. I use my Timex HRM strap with it and it seems to track your HR pretty well. I occasionally will get an average HR 1 or 2 beats lower than my Timex Runkeeper but the runkeeper tracks every 1 second versus a longer time between reads for the Vivofit. Since Garmin doesn't sync with MFP (yet) I track my calories from MFP and calories burned from the Vivofit on a separate spreadsheet and have found the results to be quite accurate. My goal is 1.5lb loss/week and have averaged 1.46lbs/week so far.

Went today and they don't carry them instore and the coupon I brought wouldn't work when they tried to order it for me so I came home and ordered it myself. So bummed that I have to wait for it but I got the discount and I'm happy with that.

I actually ended up getting it for 25% off they had a flash sale the next day so I called customer service and they credited me back the difference. I got it for 127.99 for the heart rate monitor bundle. I got it last week and I LOVE IT

I just got a Garmin Vivofit yesterday. Feel free to add me as a friend. I didn't get the heart monitor. I have one that I use on my treadmill and I don't even think to strap it on. Hope you are enjoying your Vivofit.
