Mega-T Green Tea GUM?!?!?!

Okay everyone, hello, and I have three major questions, I'm considering chewing it. :blushing:

1) Does anyone here chew it?
2) Does it help you? Have you noticed a "curve" in your appetite?
3) Have you lost any weight by chewing it?
4) When is it chewed enough?

[Every question doesn't have to be answered, just any you can answer].

Thanks! :flowerforyou:

I've been losing old school style. Calorie deficit, running, lifting some heavy weights. This link might help you figure out your plan. This one - the green tea gum plan - is a rip off. You're wasting money and valuable time.

    Best of luck to you!

Gum is good for those people who need something to keep their mouth occupied to prevent snacking. It can be cheap bubble gum though - doesn't have to be expensive magic weight loss gum.

Eating at a deficit will cause weight loss - gum will not.

I say try it and let us know, I've never seen it but green tea is supposed to be good for your metabolism. Just don't overdo it I'm sure it has a lot of caffeine and that can't be good if you eat a whole pack in a day.
