AC Joint Issue - aka Weightlifter's Shoulder
Anyone experiencing it and anyone have any success in fixing it?
Looking for advice and ex protocols.
I have read that hanging straight armed helps to properly align and will repair it ....
I have also heard that stretching and light bandwork will help.
It currently is isolated to one side with small bone protrusion.
I don't want cortisone, if possible.
