you don't have to post a picture i just thought my presentation was nice so i'm going to :)

-5 carr's table water crackers with fresh tomato, jalapeno, pinch of tabasco, 1/2 a morning star asian veggie patty, and 1 tsp parmesan cheese grated. seasoned to my liking.

-taboule salad on top of 1/2 cup fresh arugula with apple cider vinegar as dressing!

Filling at less than 170 calories!

    Sun dried tomatoes, onions, portobello mushrooms, and cheese burrito. Tall glass of milk. Handful of raisins. I could get used to this healthy, vitamin dense foods thing.

    But maybe I'm in trouble? MFP wants to correct 'portobello' to 'potbelly'.

    Calories: 992

    This is why I don't eat three meals a day!

    4oz chicken marinated in franks red hot
    2 cup of spring mix salad
    walnuts
    cherry tomatos
    red onion
    red bell pepper
    blue cheese crumbles
    Blue cheese yogurt dressing

    Soooo good!!!

    Broccoli coleslaw with lemon dressing, topped with chunks of feta cheese and sweet potato as well as a chicken breast

    so so good

    and the bowl is like bigger than the size of my head!
