Hello my name is Pennie

I have gained some weight over the past 7 months due to an illness now that I have been diagnosed, and now on medication I am determined to loose the weight, I will be getting married for the first time this year and I want to look and feel great about myself. Good luck to all, lets keep focused and positive. New beginnings are great!!!

    Hi Penny, Im Keda Im new here!
    Ive since gained 40lbs my daughter will be 2 January 27. Time to get my act together and lose this weight
