I have been brave enough to upload my before and after pic at last im very ashamed of the pic on the left but finally uploaded it i have another 2 stone to loose but have done 68.5lbs so far.

I just want to say keep going its well worth it x

    You're fine for posting it here. I only said something because I know there are a lot of people who look at the Success Stories forum for motivation including myself. If I hadn't been on right this second, I would have missed your story!
