I started using my BMR/TDEE correctly. I upped my exercise to between 25 and 30 minutes a day on the stationary bike. Looks like it has jumped started my weight loss again (I hope). I also weigh and measure more accurately.
Goal weight is 150 lbs.0 -

I'm doing this ketongenic diet thing....it works quite well for me and it is assumed that it is not for everyone... but works great for me as I'm more hunter gatherer than strict paleo kinda guy to begin with. Thats right...I'm getting back to nature. I need to remind myself I can't go back to far as Canada is typically cold and cloths are required... I can't do the Eden attire.0 -
Two weeks in and I'm nowhere near my goal. I think I need more than once a week to keep me an accountable. I'm hoping to check in daily.
