    Weight today May 8th - 156.8
    Last Weight -159
    Loss of 3 lbs

    I started using my BMR/TDEE correctly. I upped my exercise to between 25 and 30 minutes a day on the stationary bike. Looks like it has jumped started my weight loss again (I hope). I also weigh and measure more accurately.

    Goal weight is 150 lbs.

    final weigh in May 30th ... grease burger, don't care if its bovine, swine or fowl...I'll probably want one of those...maybe 2...with cheese

    I'm doing this ketongenic diet thing....it works quite well for me and it is assumed that it is not for everyone... but works great for me as I'm more hunter gatherer than strict paleo kinda guy to begin with. Thats right...I'm getting back to nature. I need to remind myself I can't go back to far as Canada is typically cold and cloths are required... I can't do the Eden attire.

    Update again..

    SW: 222
    May 10: 220.4 (Although it was still very fluctuaty)
    May 17: 219.3 (But it dipped down into 217.2 once! Hopefully by the end of the month I'll see that number again :) Still going goshdarn slow, it should be at 2lb/wk... But oh well, a loss is a loss!)

    I'm in. I have a similar starting weight to many of you.

    Starting weight 140. Goal weight end of month 135. Good luck to you all. We can do it!

    May 18th I weigh 137.9 so in approx two weeks I have lost 2 pounds. Sheesh! Don't know if I'll make it!
