Ok Ladies I know a lot of you cannot wait to not have a big butt I am the EXACT opposite….I have a BIG ol round perky booty and I DO NOT want to lose it. I understand it will go down some with weight loss but I REALLY want to keep as much as possible LOL I know to do squats n lunges lunges n squats but ANYTHING ELSE? Secret tricks of the trade??

Deadlifts, glute bridges, weighted hip thrusts, and other things I'm sure will be brought up.

I don't know about the exercise stuff or whatever, but I did hear that if you turn out the lights, light a candle, stand in front of a full-length mirror and start chanting "Big Booty Judy" over and over, she appears. I'm not sure what she does then, but I'm guessing it's *kitten* related.0
