I don't see an option to track time for lifting weights like I do for the cardio. Where can I track my time for lifting?

Why would you want to track time?0 -
It's for part of my exercise goal which is not accurate because of the inability to track the strength training. You can, however, track it for the cardio.0

When you add exercise, search from the cardiovascular section. There's a strength training option.0

Go under cardio like you were gonna log running or something and search for weight training.0

There we go! Thanks that's very helpful.0

Amount of time is relatively meaningless. Number of sets/reps/weight moved determine the workload vs time/distance for cardio.0
