Looking at the amount of calories I eat makes me feel bad... I never know till now how much calories everything have ! Two muller yoghurt's and Its nearly 300 calories ! Wow I am cutting down way more.. :D:)

    I was okay with them until I read the ingredients. Contains fish. What? Too bad I had already eaten it.

    I love the Muller light yoghurts and at 99cals per big pot are a great sweet finish to lunch :)
