Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 3/4 cup oat flour (I make by putting oatmeal in a coffee grinder)
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup honey
3 mashed bananas
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Equipment
4 bowls
9'5 loaf pan
1 spatula
1 wisk
Steps
1 preheat oven to 325*F
2 In a large bowl put in the flour and set that aside
3 mash 3 bananas In a medium bowl
4 mix applesauce vanilla and honey in a bowl using a whisk
5 add the honey oil mixture to the bananas
6 fold in the flour with the wet ingredients till it is almost completely combined (DO NOT OVER MIX!)
7 in a tiny bowl heat the water for one minute in the microwave
8 mix in the baking soda with the hot water
9 Fold in the baking soda mixture with the batter
10 Bake for 45 minutes
Note: Let cool for at least one hour before cutting into it
