Whoo-hoo! Okay so I'm 24...wondering if there are any 20-somethings out there who are committed to this but also not giving up their weekend lifestyle? Realistically, I'm in my early 20s and I want to look my best for summer on the beach, but I'm probably not giving up the occasional wild weekend. Anyone else in the same boat?0

I was doing this up until my weight loss stalled. I am now working on being better on the weekends, and I have continued to lose some weight.

23! I am going to try really hard to become committed! The first time I lost weight, about 35lbs, I did MFP and was super proud of what I did! Now I've gained about 10 of that back and ready to get back into that routine. Feel free to add!0

I'm 28, an emotional eater addicted to crappy foods even though I have extensive schooling on in nutritional science and know what it's doing to my body (and feeling it too!), those cravings are strong!
I am a Juvenile Diabetic meaning my body make no insulin at all, it is a chronic disease (will never go away) and does not reconcile well with a sugar addiction! Ruh-row!
I also have a beautiful 5 year old girl, and my metabolism has never really bounced back.
Stuck at 140lbs. Target weight for my 5'2" self is 115lbs.

Hi guys! I`m 27 years old, a dental hygiene student, and looking to lose a good 15 lbs before classes resume in august! I could definatly use tips on how to succeed while maintaining the weekend lifestyle as I always get bummed out when I log my drinks in here!. I`ve done the switch to vodka sodas rather than beer, but still love a good blue moon now and then.
