MAJOR NSV!!

I just did one FULL pull up! NOT ASSISTED BY ANYTHING.

Stats: I am 160 lbs 5'4" and 30 lbs overweight, and I pulled my own weight up once! I can't believe it!

I am *so* excited and I can't believe it, time to do more pull ups!

    This exact thing was on my bucket list .. and for good reason. They are not that easy.
