Poundfit

Hello! I just recently bought the DVD set for the Poundfit workout, however since this is a fairly new fad I can't seem to find anything anywhere to help me configure how many calories I burn per workout. Does anyone else use this workout, and if so what do you log it under?

    I don't think it's as energetic as say Zumba or Bowka- but that's probably what I would log it under- and just log 1/2 to 3/4 of the workout.

    On the website it says that one hour will burn up to 900 calories, so I feel like logging 1/2-3/4 of the workout is going to be less than what I've actually burned, but I will try this out and see. Thanks for responding!
