Lifting weights will not make you bulky!

Hi Everybody. Iam a personal trainer, and I want to give a message to all women out there (especially). When female clients come to me, they say they want to tone their body and tighten it up. I say " Allright, what have you done so far to achieve that?" "Ive ben running".... And so people, Im not saying there is anything wrong with running in it self, but running does not make your body tighter, it makes you a smaller (slimmer) version of your self. What tightens our body, and make it look firm is muscles. We could say that muscles is the play dough of the human body. Because women also have lower testosterone levels than men, it takes a lot more to get big and bulky. Women such as Jillian Michaels or Michelle Lewin did not get that body by running.
Sometimes it takes a lot of conniving with women to get them to understand that weight lifting won't make them big an bulky. So therefore I use my self as an example. It may seem a bit ****, but its not meant like that. I say: "The perception of whats to much muscle or not is subjective, and everyone is entitled to their own opinion on that matter. But, I assume when you´re saying you don't wont to get big and bulky, you mean BIG and BULKY. If so, if you look at me, what do you think. Honest opinion?" "Then they answer: oh, you just look fit". Then I say: "Allright! But you know what. My 1RM in deadliest is 150 kilos. I can lift 100kgs sealifts 19 times in a row. I can pull my own bodyweight + 17.5 extra kilos, I can do 30 pushups. My squat 1RM is 107 kg at the moment. So you see. It does not make you big an bulky. Then i show them this picture. To this very day, Im even leaner, weight is around 63 kilos, Im getting stronger, and all that weight I lost is 90% due to heavy weightlifting...because people. More muscle mass demands more energy, therefore, more muscles also burns more fat. Keep going everybody! Keep lifting. A little word of the day:
Form is more important that range of motion, and technique is more important than the amount of weight you lift.
There is a 13 kg difference between the pictures....do to weightlifting.
