Standing Hamstring stretch.
There is also a good seated hamstring stretch where you sit with your knees bent, leaning back a little resting on your hands. Cross one ankle over the opposite knee.
Quads - lay on your stomach and pull one ankle at a time towards your glutes. Keep your knees close together and grab the ankle not the toes.

ITB stretch - a pulled ITB is one of the most common running injuries. Here is a sample of a good ITB stretch. http://www.physioadvisor.com.au/8278950/itb-stretches-iliotibial-band-stretch-physioad.htm and http://www.stretchify.com/iliotibial-band-itb-stretch/0 -
In addition to what's mentioned, a foam roller is quite good.0

There is a great book called The Wharton Stretch Book that you can get off Amazon for like 1 cent used. I highly recommend it!0
